Molding the Whitening Trays

For best results, the trays should be properly shaped to fit your teeth.

• Soften the tray by submerging it (one tray at a time) in hot (but not boiling) water until it becomes flexible.
• Remove the tray using metal kitchen tongs.
  Note: Make sure the tray doesn’t fold in on itself.
• Place the tray in your mouth, close your lips around it, and gently close your jaw without applying pressure (avoid deep bite marks).
• Gently suck in to create a snug fit and allow the tray to harden into a firm yet comfortable shape.
  Not happy with the fit? No worries — each SOVA tray can be remolded up to 20 times.

Applying the Whitening Gel

Once the tray is properly fitted, you can apply the gel.

• Brush your teeth before applying the gel.
• Use the pointed end of the applicator to spread a thin layer of gel inside the molded tray (approximately 0.5 ml per tray).
• Place the tray in your mouth and leave it in place for 10 minutes.
• Rinse your mouth thoroughly after use.
• Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after treatment for best results.

How Often Should You Use the Whitening Kit?

• For intensive whitening: Use twice daily for up to 5 days.
• For maintenance: Use 1–2 times per week.

• Do not use if you are under 18, pregnant, or have gum or dental problems.
• Avoid use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• In rare cases, tooth sensitivity may occur. Stop use and consult a healthcare provider if irritation persists.
